All of our spaces available for lease can be tailored to your needs. After a viewing and a careful review of your requirements, our designers draft how the space could be adapted for your use. The landlord pays for the first draft, and it does not commit a prospective tenant to anything yet.
Fit-out costs
This is negotiable, but the landlord often pays for fit-out work that would be needed "anyway".
Furnishings
Furnishing costs are borne by the tenant, but our designers are happy to help with sourcing.
Involvement in changes
Tenants can take part in the fit-out and move-in process as much or as little as they wish.
